ProductionPass offers one-time testing packages. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Before testing starts

If you have not yet submitted app details and we have not assigned testers, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us with your order details.

After testing starts

Once app details are submitted and testers are assigned, refunds are generally not available because our team has begun work on your campaign.

Service issues

If we fail to deliver the service described on our website, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email or message us via our contact page with your account email and payment reference. We respond within 2–3 business days.
