ProductionPass ("we", "us") provides done-for-you Google Play Closed Testing services for Android developers. This policy explains how we collect and use your information.

Information we collect

  • Account information (name, email) when you sign in with Google
  • App details you submit (app name, package name, Play Store link, instructions)
  • WhatsApp number for testing updates
  • Payment information processed securely by Dodo Payments (we do not store card/UPI details)

How we use your information

  • To deliver closed testing services for your Android app
  • To send progress updates and completion reports on WhatsApp
  • To process orders and provide customer support

Data storage

Account and order data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud). We retain data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
